Pop-Up/Food Truck Style Service
Our pop-up style service brings the food truck feel to your event. Guests walk up and purchase plates directly from us, just like at a festival or street event.
Perfect for community events, school functions, public festivals, breweries, neighborhood block parties, vendor fairs.
We set up with our smoker, tent & tables and serve individual plates on-site providing the authentic BBQ stand experience people love.

Pull Behind Smoker FAQ:
How Much Space Do You Need For The Smoker?
Our pull behind smoker requires enough space similar to a standard food truck parking spot. We’ll need room for the smoker, tent, and safe guest flow. If you’re unsure about your space, we’re happy to review photos, make a site visit, or coordinate with your venue.
Do You Require Access To Electricity Or Water?
For most pop-up and catering events involving the smoker, we are fully self-contained. If we are indoors and using steam tables, we’ll need electricity access. We’ll confirm all logistics during the planning process.
Can You Set Up At A Private Home?
Yes. We frequently bring the smoker to residential properties. As long as we can park in the driveway and there is adequate space, we can make it happen.
Is There A Guest Minimum?
Minimums vary depending on whether you choose full service catering or pop-up style service. We’ll provide clear pricing and minimums based on your event type, location, and service style.
How Far Do You Travel?
We serve events throughout the greater Chicago area and surrounding regions. Typically within 2 hours from Geneva, IL.
Do You Handle Permits For Public Events?
Yes. For public festivals and community events we obtain the necessary permits from your county and provide a certificate of insurance as required. We’re experienced in navigating local regulations to ensure your event runs smoothly and compliantly.
